Liverpool Sign Teenager Elliott
Liverpool have completed their second signing of the summer with the addition of teenager Harvey Elliott. The 16-year-old has joined the 2019 Champions League winners from Fulham.
Elliott became the youngest player to ever play in the Premier League when he came on as a substitute against Wolverhampton Wanderers at the age of 16 years and 30 days old. The teenager has attracted interest from some of the biggest teams in Europe such as Real Madrid, Manchester City, Barcelona and Arsenal.
Elliott, a life-long Liverpool fan, is not able to turn professional until he turns 17. Despite this he will be included in Liverpool’s squad to face Napoli in Edinburgh on July 28th at 5.30pm.
The talented midfielder is Liverpool’s second signing of the season after Sepp van den Berg joined the Merseyside club earlier in the summer.
